"The Select Committee is investigating a violent attack on the Capitol and an attempt to overturn the 2020 Election. Between Election Day 2020 and January 6th, the RNC and the Trump campaign solicited donations by pushing false claims that the election was tainted by widespread fraud. These emails encouraged supporters to put pressure on Congress to keep President Trump in power.

Washington—Chairman Bennie G. Thompson today announced that the Select Committee has issued a subpoena for records and testimony from Kimberly Guilfoyle as part of its investigation into the violence of January 6th and its causes. The Select Committee has evidence that Ms. Guilfoyle was in direct contact with key individuals, raised funds for the rally immediately preceding the violent attack on the United States Capitol, and participated in that event.

Thompson (D-MS) today announced that, as part of its investigation into the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol and its causes, the Select Committee has issued subpoenas to six individuals who promoted false claims that the 2020 presidential election was fraudulent and participated in, or encouraged, various actions based on those false claims. The committee is seeking records and testimony from these six individuals.

Thompson (D-MS) today announced that, as part of its investigation into the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol and its causes, the Select Committee has issued subpoenas to six individuals who had knowledge of or participated in efforts to send false "alternate electors" for former President Trump in states carried by President Biden to the Joint Session of Congress on January 6th, 2021, or to otherwise delay or interfere with the certification of the legitimate 2020 election results.
Washington—Chairman Bennie G. Thompson today announced that the Select Committee has issued a subpoena to former White House trade advisor Peter Navarro. The committee is seeking records and deposition testimony from Mr. Navarro, who, according to public reporting, interviews, and his own book, was involved in efforts to delay Congress's certification of the 2020 election and ultimately change the election results.
Bolton, MS—Chairman Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) today announced that, as part of its investigation into the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol and its causes, the Select Committee has issued subpoenas to 14 individuals who participated as purported "alternate electors" for former President Trump. The committee is seeking information from individuals who met and submitted purported Electoral-College certificates in seven states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Fuentes and Patrick Casey as a part of its investigation into the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol and its causes. The committee is demanding records and testimony from the two witnesses who promoted unsupported claims about the 2020 election and were present on the Capitol grounds on January 6th.
